Dr. Shakir and Dr. Hamza,,,,,,,, Summary of the Episode
Some important points were raised:
* There are those who want to circumvent the resistance, but will not be allowed to do that,
* Saif al-Islam is the true heir of the resistance
* Any statement issued by person allegedly on behalf of Saif al- Islam, and doesnt come from his spokesman, is wasted and false. * Saif al-Islam did not go out of Libya as he leads the resistance
* We are working step by step on the formation of the resistance
* We are not provoked to kill Libyans, but to fight the infidels and their agents
* Libya has entered into a civil war according to testimony of Rasmussen
* dishonor has been associated with some tribes,up to the Judgement Day
* Is it possible to forget the abuse, theft, murder and looting
* In the case of Any reconciliation, they must first return Libyan gold, money, roads, buildings and oil, before that reconciliation
* We believe Muammar Gaddafi exists and lives among us, with us in the jihad .. because the martyr is alive
* Libya has stepped out from all of international laws, even the dead were not spared
* Did you forget that NATO bombed us
* Beware of those who want to slow down the resistance
* There are hundreds of thousands of liberals in the world wanting to join resistance in Libya
* We do not incite the division of Libya

BENGHAZI, Libya - "The Muslim Brotherhood held its first public conference on Libyan soil on Thursday.  Brotherhood leader Suleiman Abdelkader praised the rebellion and called on Libya's factions to unite." [1]

"The UN general assembly today restored Libya's membership in the UN human rights council, ending a suspension the United Nations imposed on Tripoli as civil war broke out there. The resolution passed, but not unanimously as Mr Dabbashi had requested. It received 123 votes in favor and four against. There were six abstentions and dozens of countries did not participate in the vote. Speaking to the assembly before today's vote, Mr Dabbashi acknowledged that there were "isolated cases" of rights abuses during the seven-month war between forces loyal to deposed Libyan leader Muammar Gadafy and the rebels intent on ousting him.
He reiterated that the Libya's transitional government - the former rebels - was investigating the circumstances surrounding the capture and swift death of Gadafy last month. In a speech to the assembly, Venezuelan ambassador Jorge Valero condemned the Nato operation in Libya that led to Gadafy's overthrow as interference in a sovereign country.
He added that "horrendous and wide-ranging violations of human rights have taken place (in Libya, including) ... the macabre assassination of the Libya leader." Envoys from Ecuador, Bolivia and Nicaragua echoed Mr Valero's remarks, suggesting that Libya's national transitional council is not a legitimate government." [2]

"Libya's United Nations envoy Mohammed Abdel Rahman Shalgam accused Qatar on Friday of providing weapons and money to Libyan Islamists and told the fellow Arab state to stop meddling in Tripoli's domestic affairs." [3] This statement would be ridiculous if it wasn't tragic,  considerring that Tripoli couldn't have been 'seized' by those so called 'rebels' without the Qatari and British SAS help, but I guess the NTC puppet government needs to make it clear which master shall it serve in the future...

" “The rebels need to have a place in the new Libya,” Mr. Belhaj told the crowd of soldiers and their families. “As we agreed with Prime Minister Keeb, we will have some rebel leaders at the head of ministries. We certainly hope he keeps his promise.”
It was one of the most overtly political declarations by Mr. Belhaj, who is competing with militia leaders from the towns of Zintan and Misurata to become the formal head of the new army. Having fought in Afghanistan against the Soviet Union and been detained for a time at the American base in Guantánamo Bay, Cuba, he would seem a strange partner for Mr. Keeb, an American-educated electrical engineer who is considered moderate in his religious beliefs. Mr. Belhaj is known for his Islamist ideals and ties to the Persian Gulf state of Qatar, which has independently armed some military units, to the consternation of more secular leaders.
Mr. Keeb is expected to divide the positions of defense minister, army chief of staff and head of a new police force among competing factions. The current governing council has already endorsed Mr. Belhaj as official military commander in Tripoli, where most members of the new national army come from.
But whether Mr. Belhaj will be able to consolidate control over the nation’s fractured military units is far from certain. For now, he commands one of several forces vying for control of Tripoli, including the battle-hardened militias from Misurata and Zintan, which continue to occupy areas of the capital under their own commanders" [4]

"Bashir al-Tlayeb, a commander of one of the Zintan brigades from the mountain town, said his fighters had captured Saif with two aides as he tried to escape to Niger. They had been caught near the town of Obari in the south of the country, in the Sahara."[5] according to "The Telegraph" who released the photo of the captured man aboard a plane that took him to Zintan, with couple of mainstream media reporters conviniently present...

The Amnesty International issued a statement saying that National Transitional Council must transfer Saif al-Islam Gaddafi to face investigation at the International Criminal Court (ICC). They stressed that his safety and rights must be guaranteed. [6] I can not see how a transfer to ICC would grant him any of those rights if we take to consideration the fact that ICC has a history of biased trials, poor health treatment to its prisoners resulting in death ( Slobodan Milosevic), years and years of futile process when they can not find enough valid evidence to substantiate their indictments ( Vojislav Seselj). There is nothing to convince us that ICC is something more than a wrap-up organization that takes charge to clean the mess NATO leaves after the pretext for war has served its purpose, obligatory prosecuting those who stand in a way of further exploitation of the country, and hiding the dirt of NATO countries crimes under the carpet.

"Hikma Pharmaceuticals Plc won two orders valued at as much as $10 million combined from the transitional government in Libya, Chief Executive Officer Said Darwazah said. Governments emerging from the Arab Spring revolts, eager to earn goodwill with citizens, have increased spending on drugs, Darwazah said, helping the company withstand a temporary blow to sales from the turmoil. Hikma was one of the first companies to negotiate with Libya’s new leaders, he said. [http://www.businessweek.com/news/2011-11-20/hikma-wins-10-million-libyan-order-after-arab-spring.html]

"Abdullah al-Senussi -- Moammar Gadhafi's brother-in-law -- was captured at his brother's house about 100 kilometers north of Sabha, senior National Transitional Council member Mohammed Sayeh said. Al-Senussi was in custody in Sabha Sunday, Sayeh said, and authorities planned to bring him to Tripoli to stand trial. He was not harmed during his capture, said Abdel Hafiz Ghoga, deputy chairman of Libya's National Transitional Council." [7] is another one of those reports from sources inside NTC that is not followed by photos, videos etc, but most of the maistream media such as CNN have reported it...

(AP) — Libya's new leaders said Sunday they will try Moammar Gadhafi's son at home and not hand him over to the International Criminal Court where he's charged with crimes against humanity. The government also announced the capture of the toppled regime's intelligence minister, who is also wanted by the court.
In one of several emerging complications, however, the former rebel faction that captured Seif al-Islam Gadhafi a day earlier is refusing to deliver him to national authorities in Tripoli, raising concern over whether he will get a proper trial and demonstrating the interim leaders' weak hold over their fractured nation.

Monday, 21. November
Libya's prime minister-designate said today he was ready to name a government.
Mr Keib, who worked as an academic in the United States during much of Gadafy's rule, has long said he intends to name a "technocratic" provisional government, which will pick candidates based on competence rather than politics. But tensions between various military and regional factions have lingered, as demonstrated by the capture on Saturday of Gadafy's son Saif al-Islam in the southern desert. The fighters from the Western Mountains town of Zintan who seized him on Saturday are holding him in their stronghold until the central government is formed. They say it is to ensure he is not killed while in the hands of another armed group.
Mr Keib went on to cast doubt on whether Gadafy's former intelligence chief, Abdullah al-Senussi, had indeed been captured on Sunday as was widely believed, saying he needed to verify the information himself before confirming it.
"Before I can confirm it to you, I would like to confirm to myself that he was indeed captured. I will not confirm it to you until I am 100 per cent sure," he told a news conference. [8

Clashes in Ben Gashir, 34km South of the centre of Tripoli, Recorded by Allybia TV. Same source says that in todays fights 10 traitors losts their lives.

The Zintan militia appears to be treating Saif al Islam well and with respect in this video, he appears very relaxed and even manages to speak to them about some important issues Libya is facing, and warn them not to trust people like Belhaj. Question remains -is it possible for Libyan people who fought on opposite sides,  to overcome their differences for the sake of Libya?

Wednesday, 22. November"Those who control and conduct foreign policy, at least in the NATO countries, such as Britain, where the last five Prime Ministers have been involved in 9 (nine) wars (Malvinas, Northern Ireland, Gulf War I and II, Bosnia, Kosovo, Sierra Leone, Afghanistan and Libya), have a lot to answer for. Do not worry, they will spend the rest of their days on this planet looking over their shoulders being heckled as war criminals whenever and wherever they dare to scuttle off an aircraft and posterity will make sure their names are relegated to the blackest annals of history for the rest of eternity. These are not God-fearing people, they are demonic and despicable monsters who have made sure that every grain of goodness was ground into the dirt." [12]

Strong clashes reported today in Beni Walid: "It erupted as nato rebels came to arrest some people in the city, they came with about 20 armed cars. However this provoked the local residents so they resisted as people feel they are being targeted and ethnically cleansed for their stand against the nato intervention in Libya. The fighting resulted in the martyrdom of 4 civilians and the death of 8 nato rebels . Four cars have been captured and three burnt by local residents." [13

Three most important posts which defines the sovereignty of Libya is given to US puppets, the chief of the military is given to the long time US agents Khalifa Haftar, known for his treasonous activities and terror operations conducted from US soil. [14]

ALGERIA ISP / According to Akhbar Elmokawama Libya, Al Rai TV confirmed that the Libyan Chief of security Abdellah El Senoussi is still free.
What the CNT announced 24 hours after the arrest of Mujahid Seif El Islam, of their capture
of Abdellah El Senoussi is a lie. [15]

"A tribunal in Malaysia, spearheaded by that nation’s former Prime Minister, yesterday found George Bush and Tony Blair guilty of “crimes against peace” and other war crimes for their 2003 aggressive attack on Iraq, as well as fabricating pretexts used to justify the attack. The seven-member Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal — which featured an American law professor as one of its chief prosecutors — has no formal enforcement power, but was modeled after a 1967 tribunal in Sweden and Denmark that found the U.S. guilty of a war of aggression in Vietnam, and, even more so, after the U.S.-led Nuremberg Tribunal held after World War II. Just as the U.S. steadfastly ignored the 1967 tribunal on Vietnam, Bush and Blair both ignored the summons sent to them and thus were tried in absentia." [16]

"Thousands of people, including women and children, are being illegally detained by rebel militias in Libya, according to a report by the Secretary-General of the United Nations. Many of the prisoners are suffering torture and systematic mistreatment while being held in private jails outside the control of the country's new government.
The document, seen by The Independent, states that while political prisoners being held by the Gaddafi regime have been released, their places have been taken by up to 7,000 new “enemies of the state”, "disappeared" in a dysfunctional system, with no recourse to the law."[17]

GREAT WARFALA Libya - "The rebels can no longer return to Bani Walid without the authorization of the tribe Warfala (November 23, 2011) at 21:14
ALGERIA ISP / Elmokawama According to Akhbar Libya, in Bani Walid, the fighters of the tribe of Warfala destroyed a pickup at Jomo Souk which was heading to the city center without requesting permission from the tribe of Warfala" [18]

"These are prisoners who have been arrested in the Bani Walid after trampled the sanctity of homes and have been dealt with by the youth and the city treated the best treatment as if they were guests at their parents ... that is the tribes of Shem and Rafla and great example to follow in the treatment of prisoners"

The Chief of Warfala trive- Ali al Ahwal appears to be alive after all!
"ALGERIA ISP / October 19, 2011, we released the information of the death of Mr. Ali Ahwal in the town of Bani Walid, a coordinator of the Libyan tribes and the tribal chief of Warfala.

Yesterday, we were surprised at his interview with Dr. Yusuf Shakir.
According to a Libyan source, the rumor of his death was broadcast by the tribe of Warfala to facilitate the evacuation of the besieged city Bani Walid. Finally he was out of town, safe and sound.
This explains the investment up to that moment in support for Libya's green. They never changed color like other traitors.
Yesterday, in Bani Walid, his tribe Warfala gave a lesson to the rebels." [19]

"ALGERIA ISP / According to Akhbar Elmokawama Libya, according to the committee of the Great Jamahiriya

Tuareg tribal leaders the Tuareg tribes from Ghate, Obary and Sabha met last night in the city of Obary.
They discussed some issues and have prepared a roadmap for joint action and sent a delegation to Ghadames, to discuss the situation of the Tuareg and the necessary steps to unite their rows as a powerful bloc in southern Libya to counter any interference in their affairs."[20]

TRIPOLI Nov 24 (Reuters) -The Islamist who heads one of Libya's most powerful armed groups, Abdel Hakim Belhadj, was detained briefly at Tripoli international airport by security staff loyal to a rival militia leader, according to airport staff, a sign of growing enmity between competing armed groups.

"Belhadj's passport was out of date so we stopped him for one hour and then let him go," said a member of the Zintan militia, which has taken control of the airport and whose fighters say they are organising airport security.

Libyans interviewed on Thursday say the detention could be a taunt from Zintan-born militia leader Abdullah Naker who sees Belhadj as an agent of Qatar, which poured military and humanitarian aid into his rebel camp.
Naker has opposed to any role in government or a national Libyan army for Belhadj.
In a set-back to Belhadj's camp, the post of defence minister in the new government was this week given to a commander from Zintan, in Libya's Western Mountains region.
A press aide to Belhadj refused to comment on the incident. "I don't have any answer, everything is fine," he said. [21]
